Samsung Rapid Mode Not Supported

WorkingSamsung

New 860 EVO is bootable and is running well with several exceptions. Magician states the rapid mode is not supported and the overprovision dialogue in magician not displayed. The system runs ok but when running my 850 evo with rapid enabled it was faster. The 850 evo is no longer attached to the machine. AHCI and TRIM are enabled. My non-empirical test results tell me Rapid Mode should be on, as long as I have the RAM available to support it as it can suck up to 4GB. Here are the numbers from before and after: These are with Rapid Mode OFF. I captured this while the 2nd test with Rapid Mode on was running which is why you see it sitting at 92%.

I attempted to contact Samsung about my issue, but I was informed that the email and chat support isn't available for the SSD products and I have to call. That's so 90's. Anyway, I thought I'd try my luck here before wasting time on a phone.
The Samsung Magician software for my 840 EVO is showing my CPU as 0.80Ghz and doesn't meet the minimum requirements of 1.0Ghz to enable RAPID mode. If you look at the specs below, you'll see that I shouldn't have an issue.
Has anyone else experienced this and know how to fix it?

Reader Kelly asked Samsung why Rapid mode wasn’t working in Windows 10:

Kelly:
Just an FYI, I contacted Samsung on why Rapid mode doesn’t work with Win 10. I would also like to note some sites are offering mis-information on how to resolve it.
But here’s their official response….

Samsung Rapid Mode Not Working

Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting Samsung Support regarding your concerns and inquiries. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing you.
Magician 4.7 is an intermediary release that contains support the 850 Pro and Evo 2 TB models, patch a secure erase issue, and adds the foundational features for Magician to work with Windows 10 . We do not have an official release date for the Magician and Data Migration to fully work with Windows 10 as of yet. It is extremely important that you do not use any older versions of our software with Windows 10. Do not use Rapid mode as we are still working on how to optimally take advantage of the new RAM management features built into 10. We genuinely appreciate your patience in this matter.
Thank you again for contacting Samsung Support and have a good day.
